Lifeline is a government program created in partnership with ATT, and
offs great discounts on cell phones montly bills for qualified
families.
Lifeline is providing this assistance generally for low-income ATT
customers.

transfers, and text messaging.
Lifeline is available for families living in the following states:

The discount depends on the federal state support given to the program.

live.
For example, if you live on tribal lands, you can have the opportunity
to be enrolled in the Enhanced Lifeline Support, that reduces your
phone bill to the minimum amount of $1 per month.
If you live on tribal lands, you could qualify for Enhanced Lifeline
support, which can reduce your wireless bill to as little as $1 per
month.
